Cherry Blossoms

We spontaneously went ot the Cherry Blossom Festival on Sunday. After a stressful few minites trying to find parking, we got out and enjoyed the beautiful day. It was sunny and 70 degrees. Paul and I liked the trees, but all Ryan was interested in were the plans taking off and landing from nearby Reagan National Airport and a firetruck that was parked near the Jefferson Monument.

Vittoria's First Birthday

Vittoria turned one. She seemed pleased with the occasion.

She's still not asleep, though. It may be a while before she gets cake again.

When Snow Comes to Richmond

Considering it snows 6 inches in Richmond only every 5 years or so, I though I would show off our house/yard in the snow.

Some Recent pictures and videos

Here are some recent pictures of Ryan we thought you all might enjoy....

Here is what happens when Ryan tries soup for the first time.

Here are two pictures of Ryan at the Children's Museum.

Ryan loves playing with Bubbles!

Here is Ryan counting using a book Aunt Barb got him.

Ryan likes to climb into a cabinet we have in our kitchen. The fact he can't fit,
doesn't stop him from trying.

Ryan's Big Boy Bed

Ryan got his first big boy bed last night. Over the weekend, we learned Ryan can climb out of cribs and play-yards (and open doors), so Mommy and Daddy bought a toddler bed right away. He did a great job falling asleep; though having an Elmo pillow helps.

Our Three Hour Layover in O'hare

We had a three hour layover on our way back from the funeral for Paul's Grandpa. Luckily they have an amazing play-yard there so Ryan had lots of fun.
